The company was co-founded in 2019 by Paula Corell and Marc Turnier. Since 2024, Paula has led the company to successfully design and manage a vast amount of their own development portfolio across the UK, and completed hundreds of private commissions with a combined development value of over £300 million.

Marc Alexander Turnier

Architect | Managing Director

Marc is the Founder and Managing Director of Arcvelop. A chartered UK Architect, he has worked at some of the UK’s most renowned and largest architectural practices, Foster + Partners and Allies and Morrison, where he delivered landmark mixed use, commercial and residential schemes from £50m to £150m GDV across the World. He has delivered schemes for some of the largest global developers in London, Dubai, Australia and Valencia.

In recent years Marc has contracted as Design and Development Director for various high net worth Private Equity Property Companies in Central London, focusing primarily on commercial and residential conversions of medium to large value-add schemes ranging in value from £0.5m to £30m GDV. 

Through Marc’s experience and expertise in design-led conversions, Arcvelop offers the unique opportunity to combine first-in-class architectural design and development into investment projects, working with a growing number of clients, JV Partners and it’s own growing portfolio. Arcvelop now has a breadth of projects across London, Kent, Leeds and Nottingham.

Paula Corell Gascó

Architect | Creative Director

Paula is the Founder and Creative Director of Arcvelop. A UK and Spanish registered Architect, she has extensive experience in combining high-end contemporary design within traditional building settings through a diverse background representing tier one design companies in London and Valencia.

Trained at Foster + Partners, her comprehensive project experience includes designing residential properties for some of the largest global developers located across the Middle East (Abu Dhabi, UAE) and Asia (Bangna, Bangkok, Thailand) ranging from £100m to £200m GDV.

More recently, she has focused her attention on Architectural Interiors, she has worked for a number of luxury interior design studios and real estate developers operating in prime central London. 

Belonging to a family of artists, Paula has a natural creative style and attention to detail which is fundamental to the identification of Arcvelop´s design ethos.
